If you already asked me for a letter of recommendation, here is what you need to do next. Bring me stamped envelopes with MY return address along with the forms (I only need one copy of the Common Application, but not all schools use this). Please fill out the teacher section as well as the student section of each form with the information given below, and make sure to sign the waiver on each form.
In addition, please make sure you have updated all the colleges you will be applying to on Family Connection (Naviance), that you have an account with the Common Application that matches, and that you have completed the FERPA consent on Family Connection (Naviance).
NOTE:Recommendations carry more weight if you waive your right to see the recommendation.

You should submit this before the summer break. I have a lot of letters to write, and will not have time to write them once September starts. If you wait until the last minute, I may not be able to help.
